Interlink Scaffolding Ltd, commonly referred to as ISL Scaffolding, was established in November 2003, and has rapidly developed into one of the largest scaffolding contractors in the North East of England. ISL are capable of providing access scaffolding and temporary works to almost any market sector including housing, commercial building and civil engineering, industrial sites and rail infrastructure.

The employees have extensive experience and qualifications within the scaffolding industry, and are provided with training at every level from basic health and safety training, through trade specific CISRS scaffolding courses, to CISRS / CSCS supervisor courses and SMSTS management courses, the key people being as follows -

§  Managing Director - Shaun Keers - over 25 years experience in the scaffolding industry, in positions from scaffolder through to Director level, managing a number of the largest commecial, industrial and rail scaffolding projects in the country. Responsibility within ISL for oversight of all Company policies and procedures.

§  Business Development Director - David Dale - over 20 years experience in the scaffolding industry, in positions from scaffolder through to Director level, on various commerical and industrial projects. Responsibility within ISL for marketing and estimating.

§  Operations Director - Darren Maratty - over 20 years experience in the scaffolding industry, in positions from scaffolder through to Director level, on various commecial and industrial projects nationwide. Responsibility within ISL for operational management of scaffolding projects.

§  Commercial Director - Mark Eddy - over 10 years experience in the scaffolding industry, in administration, estimating and surveying positions, with experience of commercial, industrial and rail scaffolding projects. Responsibility within ISL for finance and administration.

ISL specialise in using highly adaptable tube and fitting scaffold, and has access to numerous types of system scaffold, including temporary roofing, from both our own stocks and through hire and sales agreements with a number of selected suppliers, providing for national coverage.

ISL has close links with a number of independent design companies with specific experience of scaffold and temporary works. Alternative temporary works solutions other than scaffolding can be provided where there is a benefit in terms of cost or program, including safety netting, roped access, powered access, formwork and custom designed and fabricated steelwork.
